The Competitive Sports Shooting Academy was created to educate sports enthusiasts in the safe and proper use of firearms. Our team of instructors are all NRA certified and nationally recognized in their field. Each level of instruction conforms with NRA approved guidelines. There are a number of courses offered. Each course is specifically dedicated to the level of the participant.
The next level of instructional course is designed for self defense and home defense. This course covers all of the important basics and more advanced information pertaining to self defense utilization of a firearm.
The third level of instruction is for firearm enthusiasts whom may wish to begin competitive shooting. The instructors are experienced and nationally ranked professionals who mentor each prospective student into progressive levels of competition.
Our initial instructional course is dedicated to someone who has never before handled a firearm and covers all of the basics of gun safety prior to actually handling a firearm. These courses are over two days with the first segment of the course spent in the classroom reviewing the fundamentals. The second day is spent on the range with your instructor in a safe and controlled environment. .
